Event Details
Are you participating in your first summer library program this year? Join other summer library program newcomers at this introductory webinar. Together, we'll unpack a suggested "Adventure Begins at Your Library" theme, get your planning off on the right foot, and leave you inspired for the summer!
The goal is to help you navigate the ins and outs of summer programming. Robin Hargrave, SCKLS youth and school services coordinator, will guide you through SCKLS support offerings, including the Summer Library Program (SLP) Grant, supplies, training, and how to complete an evaluation. Also explore the Collaborative Summer Library Program (CSLP) manual, website, and online store to inspire ideas and learn about additional resources, with a spotlight on "Getting Started."
In this webinar, you will:
- Increase awareness of the summer library program process
- Identify the location and benefits of the SCKLS Youth Services SLP web page
